As part of our Subject Matter Expert team, you will be a technical expert in charge of supporting sales representatives during their sales process for our IAM offer. You will be responsible for providing technical and business expertise on our SaaS offer and for the post-sales process to ensure clients have a good grasp of our software via training. Your main responsibilities include conducting interactive demonstrations and/or creating use cases that align with the IP needs for IAM tools users during onsite visits. You will attend customer meetings in support of sales representatives to present our software (EC+, Equinox Corporate, Equinox Law Firm, ELF+). You will prepare presentations for seminars, highlighting our software and positioning the Questel offer. You will provide customer training for Orbit Invention and Orbit Asset. You will drive internally the SaaS offer assigned to the SME, raising the knowledge on the offering of the sales team and all client-facing personnel at Questel, and supporting the group’s strategic priorities. You will support the Product Manager and User Experience (UX) designer in describing IAM processes and use cases when they need their expertise. You will ensure regular reporting of field information collected during pre-sales and training activities.
