The Solutions Architect, Expert holds primary responsibility for and accountability for solution blueprints that include the conceptual, logical and physical layers of the process, application, information, integration, security, and infrastructure views of the architecture within a specific technology domain related to SCADA and Protection. Partnering with Project and Program Managers, the Solutions Architect is the primary technical decision maker on projects and this role works in partnership with stakeholders such as business architects, solutions architects, other technology architects and associated operations and functional areas to establish strategic direction and relevant reference architectures, technology standards and design patterns. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint $140,000 - $189,000. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs. Bay Area Min: $ 140,000 Bay Area Max: $ 238,000 This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and our Oakland, CA office approximately 1 - 2 days per week, or more, based on business needs.
