About The Position

The SaaS Co-Founder / COO will own, build, and run a startup in fields such as SaaS, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue and building a €1B+ company. The role includes an extensive personal development journey and a fully customised programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

The company offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee, or the option of up to €500k in funding. Support includes weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, help hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals, guidance on product-market fit and sales or marketing, and intensive coaching to prepare for raising millions in funding. Funding support is provided for securing a multi-million-euro round within 12 months.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
