About The Position

This opportunity is for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own SaaS startup, taking full responsibility for building and running the business. Founders receive a salary while building their startup through direct employment, or may choose up to €500k in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising. Participants also follow a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management and receive intensive coaching to prepare their startup to raise millions in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as SaaS.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with support from the professional network.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or marketing engine, as appropriate.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
