About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in SaaS. The selected entrepreneur will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a customised personal development programme created by unicorn founders, with a focus on goal, time, and energy management. Fellows receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, hiring support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs. EWOR also provides coaching to prepare the startup for fundraising, support in iterating the product toward product-market fit, and help building a sales force or marketing engine. The offer includes a salary while building the startup through direct employment, or alternatively up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
