About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in SaaS. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. EWOR offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

The founder will receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides support with product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to raise a multi-million-euro funding round. The role includes a customised personal development programme and intensive coaching.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for an own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as SaaS.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build the startup team with support from EWOR’s professional network.
• Iterate on the product until reaching product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or marketing engine with EWOR’s support.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
