About The Position

The SaaS Co-Founder / COO will create, own, build, and run a startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes an extensive personal development journey and a customised programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. The founder will receive support with hiring, product development, reaching product-market fit, building sales or marketing capabilities, and preparing to raise funding.

The company offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup or the option to receive up to €500k in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, hiring support through a network of over 50,000 professionals, and coaching to prepare for fundraising. The role is 100% remote, and candidates should be based in Europe or the Americas or be open to relocating.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as SaaS.
• Undertake a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Hire talent with support from the company's professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product until it reaches product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
