The Strategic Accounts (SA) Pricing Specialist will support the commercial account managers by assisting in the implementation and monitoring of company-wide pricing guidelines. This role provides pricing support and profitability reporting for SA customers, audits system pricing, tagging, and partnerships, and works with various teams to ensure customer data is aligned with contractual pricing structure. The specialist will compile mass price review documents and supplemental reporting to execute contractual price increases for assigned portfolios, working cross-functionally for proper and timely implementation. They will also review and submit national price maintenance requests, provide guidance on pricing strategy, and suggest available options. Additionally, the role involves initiating and documenting customer notifications for price adjustments and force majeure events, maintaining documentation, and developing processes. The SA Pricing Specialist will promote the adoption of best practices in price management aligned with SA profitability goals.
