Responsibilities

Lead a process improvement project under the guidance of an experienced scientist to identify and implement solutions that enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with fellow laboratory team members to achieve collective results while identifying additional opportunities for system and process enhancements.
Carry out laboratory activities and service assignments, together with corresponding administrative work, based on short‑ to medium‑term planning.
Apply critical thinking, a strategic mindset, and foresight in evolving technical environments to support high‑quality scientific outcomes.
Document and report findings in a clear and concise manner and present final recommendations at the conclusion of the internship.
Maintain detailed records of experimental data and ensure data integrity in all laboratory activities.
Support co‑laboratory workers during the execution of activities and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Perform tasks to maintain the quality of equipment and quality certification in line with NAL qualification and internal standards.
Be responsible for compliance with regulations regarding quality and phytosanitary policies and help secure a safe, compliant, and positive work environment that meets all HSE, Business Conduct, and HR requirements.
