The Sales & Operations (S&OP) Program Lead contributes to the structure, alignment, and continuous improvement of the organization’s S&OP processes. This role owns the cadence, readiness, facilitation, and follow‑through for the entire S&OP cycle. Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager the S&OP Program Lead partners with Customer S&OP Champions, the Martin Brower Demand Planning team, the Restaurant Operations Planning (ROP) team, and the Supply Chain team to drive a disciplined, insight‑led S&OP routine that aligns demand and supply and improves service and cost outcomes.
