Responsible for driving short-term Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) by monitoring demand and supply signals across the 0–13-week horizon, identifying exceptions (shortages, constraints, service risks), and coordinating timely recovery actions to ensure product is in the right place at the right time to fulfill customer orders. Maintains execution-critical planning settings (e.g., allocations, prioritization logic, ATP/availability assumptions) to support reliable order promising and prioritization. Partners cross-functionally (Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Finance, Operations, Logistics/Distribution) to align on near-term priorities, communicate changes, and prepare clear materials for S&OE huddles while tracking decisions and actions to closure.
