About The Position

The Manager of Inventory Analytics & S&OE will lead a team of inventory analysts in a strategic leadership role dedicated to driving operational excellence, mitigating risk, and ensuring on-time serviceability to customers. Serving as the critical bridge between supply planning, cross-functional partners, and executive leadership, this role leads the S&OE process to balance supply and demand and navigate network constraints. Beyond process governance, this leader is responsible for building a culture of collaboration, actively coaching and developing a high-performing team, and guiding data-driven decision-making to continuously accelerate organizational maturity and operational success. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of related experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a planning or forecasting field
3 years of leadership experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to ensure clear visibility and aligned expectations across all functional areas.
Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing a team of direct reports, with a strong focus on fostering professional growth and high performance.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and influence cross-functional decision-making without always having direct authority.
Ability to identify gaps in current processes and leverage best practices to accelerate organizational maturity (specifically within S&OE).
Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, delegate work and concurrently manage multiple projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks, forecast surplus or shortfalls, and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite and Planning tools) with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Inspire, coach, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering an inclusive environment that supports strong performance, professional growth, and team engagement.
Lead and facilitate the S&OE process, driving weekly meetings to identify key risks and opportunities for current and upcoming seasons while continuously working to evolve and accelerate S&OE maturity.
Build and leverage strong cross-functional relationships to influence decision-making, support change management, and drive collaborative solutions across the organization.
Partner with Supply Planning leadership to thoroughly understand network constraints, working cross-functionally to align on capacity prioritization and ensure effective supply/demand matching.
Identify risks and opportunities proactively, collaborating across teams to mitigate issues, drive action plans, and ultimately working to improve on-time serviceability to customers.
Communicate effectively to cross-functional partners via the S&OE process, ensuring clear visibility into business impacts, setting expectations, and defining clear next steps and actions for each functional area.
Provide cross-functional support for broader S&OE activities, managing the critical inputs and outputs that feed into the overarching SIOP process.
Facilitate the S&OE forum, effectively bridging the gap between operational execution and executive strategy to provide senior leadership with clear visibility and drive actionable, executive-level decision-making.
