About The Position

TBC Corporation is hiring newly experienced and seasoned delivery drivers for a full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver position. Service and Delivery Drivers provide excellent customer service by delivering products professionally and safely using company vehicles. The role also assists with general warehouse maintenance and inventory organization, and may offer opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

Have a safety-first mentality.
Have a current driver's license appropriate for the types and classes of vehicles driven for company business.
Be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
Be at least 21 years old.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
Employment is contingent on a conditional offer and completion of required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience; box truck and/or delivery experience preferred.
At least 1 year without at-fault accidents.
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with TBC policies.
Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
Understand and comply with DOT regulations, including hours-of-service requirements.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
Follow predetermined route sequencing when delivering tires or equipment to customers.
Securely handle cash or check COD payments when applicable, in accordance with company policy.
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with the company's People-Focused Values.
Work in a clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
Perform other duties as requested or needed.
