About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver orders within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift, deliver flyers and door hangers, and carry products from the vehicle to customers. Team members also perform general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and processing customer orders. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and take and process orders.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to carry products while walking and climbing, including navigating five or more flights of stairs when required.
• Ability to lift and handle cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses, including adverse terrain, private homes, multi-story buildings, and stairs, while carrying products.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Take and process orders by phone and in person, using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and stock supplies.
• Perform other store tasks such as removing trash and cleaning.
