About The Position
TBC Corporation is hiring newly experienced and seasoned Service and Delivery Drivers for a full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver position. Drivers deliver products to customers in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles and assist with general warehouse maintenance and inventory organization. Requirements
- Safety-first mentality.
- At least one year of experience; box truck and/or delivery experience is preferred.
- At least one year with no at-fault accidents.
- Clean motor vehicle record.
- Current driver’s license appropriate for the types and classes of vehicles driven for company business.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
- Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
- Complete required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.

Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with TBC policies.
- Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
- Understand and follow DOT regulations, including hours-of-service requirements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
- Follow predetermined route sequencing when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
- Securely handle cash or check COD payments when applicable, in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
- Provide excellent customer service in accordance with the company’s People-Focused Values.
- Report to work in a clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested or needed.
