About The Position

TBC Corporation is hiring newly experienced and seasoned Service and Delivery Drivers for a full-time warehouse delivery driver position. Drivers deliver products to customers professionally and safely using company vehicles, while also assisting with general warehouse inventory maintenance and organization. The role may lead to career growth opportunities.

Requirements

Safety-first mentality.
At least one year of experience; box truck and/or delivery experience preferred.
At least one year without at-fault accidents and a clean motor vehicle record.
Maintain a current driver’s license appropriate for the types and classes of vehicles driven for company business.
Obtain and maintain a DOT certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
Complete required pre-employment screenings; employment is contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of the screenings, as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with TBC policies.
Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
Understand and follow DOT regulations, including hours-of-service requirements.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
Follow predetermined route sequencing when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
Handle cash or check payments securely when applicable and in accordance with company COD policy.
Keep the vehicle and work area clean, safe, and secure.
Provide exceptional customer service consistent with the company’s People-Focused Values.
Wear a clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
Perform other duties as requested or needed.
