About The Position

TBC Corporation is hiring newly experienced and seasoned Service and Delivery Drivers for a full-time Warehouse Delivery Driver position. Drivers deliver products to customers professionally and safely using company vehicles, while also assisting with general warehouse inventory maintenance and organization. The position may lead to career growth opportunities.

Requirements

Have a safety-first mentality.
Have a current driver's license appropriate to the types and classes of vehicles driven for company business.
Be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
Be at least 21 years old.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
Employment is contingent on a conditional offer and completion of required pre-employment screenings, as permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience; box truck and/or delivery experience preferred.
At least 1 year with no at-fault accidents and a clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with TBC policies.
Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
Understand and follow DOT regulations, including hours-of-service requirements.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
Follow predetermined route sequences when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
Handle cash or check payments securely when applicable, according to company COD policy.
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
Provide exceptional customer service in keeping with the company's People-Focused Values.
Report to work wearing a clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
Perform other duties as requested or needed.
