About The Position

The Rx Operations Analyst plays a key role in delivering high‑quality, data‑driven products to clients. This role combines technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and strong operational discipline to ensure every client deliverable is accurate, timely, and aligned with defined specifications. The analyst proactively identifies issues, drives root‑cause analysis, and partners closely with team members to maintain exceptional delivery standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Technology, Information Systems, or a related field; or 2–3 years of experience in a production, operations, or data analysis role.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑mining capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Access, Excel, VBA, PL/SQL, UNIX, and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with process flow‑charting and workflow design.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and operational consistency.
  • Commitment to client quality and a collaborative approach to resolving issues and improving processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of IQVIA data assets and industry‑specific datasets.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics.
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Qlik Sense, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute production tasks for an assigned portfolio of client deliverables.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client requirements.
  • Flag data anomalies, functionality concerns, or process gaps, escalating when appropriate.
  • Conduct preliminary root‑cause analysis to diagnose data or processing issues.
  • Initiate and support the issue resolution process by collaborating with cross‑functional partners.
  • Utilize analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex delivery challenges.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, workflows, and operational best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to backup resources, new hires, and cross-trained team members.
  • Work closely with peers and stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • Communicate effectively across levels and functions to align on timelines, quality expectations, and issue resolution.
