About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Regional Vice President to join our Healthcare team based in the West region. Reporting to the VP of Healthcare, you'll lead a Healthcare sales team to maximum potential. You will help coach and increase sales excellence within the team. The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future and further cement our position as the world leader in cloud security. Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field
  • 8+ years of Healthcare sales leadership experience in software/SaaS
  • Experience building successful sales teams
  • A sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation

Nice To Haves

  • Well networked to attract top-performing professionals into the selling organization
  • Experience with SaaS business models with enterprise security experience
  • A change-agent in the organization; lead processes that scale and have experience with multiple routes to market through a broad network of channel partners
