RVP, Enterprise Sales Leader

Ironclad
•$370,000 - $410,000

About The Position

Ironclad is seeking an enterprise sales leader to support its rapid growth and revenue goals. The role leads and develops a team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives, building repeatable sales processes and delivering predictable, above-quota results. The leader manages pipeline, forecasts, closed deals, resource allocation, and growth metrics while coaching reps through complex sales opportunities and helping them strengthen their sales, product, and industry knowledge. The leader will champion practical, responsible use of AI in selling. This includes identifying and scaling workflows that improve research, prioritization, opportunity management, coaching, forecasting, and productivity; setting standards for data quality, confidentiality, human judgment, and appropriate use of AI; and coaching managers and Account Executives to validate AI outputs and translate useful insights into measurable actions and better customer experiences. The position calls for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can balance strategy with execution and build a positive, motivating, performance-driven team culture.

  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including data privacy, security, confidentiality, transparency, and minimizing bias in sales decisions.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with diverse internal and external groups.
  • Experience using modern sales tools such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, AI-enabled sales applications, and related productivity tools.
  • Willingness to take on hands-on projects, including work outside one's comfort zone, and learn quickly.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable in following through on projects and tasks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
