About The Position

Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used recreational vehicles and delivering a high-quality customer experience. The role offers a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while the associate learns the role. After 30 days, the associate may remain on the hourly-plus-commission plan or transition to a 100% commission-based plan; the effective date is communicated to align with monthly and pay-period cycles. Successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including a year-end sales-volume bonus for those who qualify. The disclosed estimated annual compensation range is $50,000–$150,000.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of sales experience; experience in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate is preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license.
• May lift up to 25 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices.
• Ability to perform periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

• Sales experience in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales by working closely with the F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
