About The Position

Blue Compass RV is seeking high-energy, driven Sales Associates to manage the full sales process from the first customer interaction through final delivery and post-sale follow-up. The role engages customers online, by phone, through social media, and in person, guiding them through product selection and purchasing decisions while delivering a seamless customer experience. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential; the stated average compensation range is $60,000–$120,000. Paid training is provided for the first four weeks. The position offers a five-day work week and requires willingness to work weekends.

Requirements

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Experience working with a commission-based pay structure.
Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills.
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and follow-ups.
Comfort using social media as a sales and branding tool.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic.
Willingness to work weekends.
