About The Position

The Runner is an entry-level, onsite position at Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, intended for someone interested in learning dealership operations. The role reports to the Fixed Operations Manager and involves frequent driving, client assistance, and helping keep customer areas comfortable and well stocked. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with open availability. The hourly rate is $17.50–$20.00, with actual pay depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. The role may also be eligible for short- and/or long-term incentives. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
At least 1 year of driving experience.
Ability to work with different departments and clients.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Safely greet clients and drive their vehicles to and from designated areas; driving makes up approximately 80% of the role.
Welcome and escort clients to the appropriate department or area.
Communicate client needs and expectations to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain, clean, and restock client refreshment stations and waiting areas.
