About The Position

The Runner is an entry-level, onsite role at Audi Minneapolis, supporting dealership operations and customer service. The position reports to the Service Drive Lane Manager. Driving makes up approximately 80% of the role, including safely greeting clients and moving vehicles to and from designated areas. The Runner also welcomes and escorts clients, communicates their needs and expectations to the appropriate personnel, and maintains, cleans, and restocks client refreshment stations and waiting areas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00–7:00 p.m. This hourly position pays $17.50–$20.00 per hour and may also be eligible for short- and/or long-term incentives. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location, and is established through the interview process. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
At least 1 year of driving experience.
Ability to work with different departments and clients.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduation or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
