About The Position

The Runner/Bussers at Katsuya support a seamless guest experience by delivering food promptly and accurately, assisting servers, and maintaining the dining area. Duties include cleaning and resetting tables, clearing dishes and drinkware, refilling water glasses, and restocking glassware, utensils, napkins, and other dining-room supplies. The role also includes opening, running, and closing side work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, VIP-focused service environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a high-end, service-focused environment.
• Provide documentation showing authorization to work in the United States.
• Maintain required certificates, licenses, or registrations when required by government agencies.
• Have an ANSI-approved Food Handler Card and an ABC-recognized Responsible Beverage Service certificate.
• Be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic, organized, and able to multitask.
• Be able to take initiative in a VIP-driven, guest-service-focused environment.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of one year of experience in a contemporary dining restaurant.
