About The Position
The Rubber Mold Operator helps assemble and mold rubber parts using molds, tools, and standard work instructions. The role performs manual rubber fabrication to ensure parts meet tolerance and customer requirements while following applicable industry and company specifications, including BSS7107, BAC5071, and AMS2279. Team members support production schedules, meet quality and safety standards, inspect work, report defects, and prevent contamination by maintaining a FOD-free and silicone-free work zone.

- Ability to use calibrated tools and inspect parts.
- Ability to meet quality, safety, and production standards.

- Record material information and accurate labor.
- Prevent contamination by maintaining a FOD-free and silicone-free work zone.
- Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
- Maintain a clean 5S workspace and workstation.
- Store chemicals and hazardous materials correctly.
- Meet production goals and support the production schedule.
