About The Position

The RTD Depalletizer Operator performs bulk depalletizing and case palletizing duties and operates assigned equipment safely, sanitarily, and productively to produce a quality product. The role includes supplying packaging pallets to equipment, checking packaging paperwork and specifications, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with warehouse personnel, and reporting equipment maintenance needs. The operator also logs downtime, assists with line changeovers, follows company and customer procedures, and performs other duties assigned by a supervisor or management. The schedule is 9:25 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. Working conditions may sometimes include warm-temperature areas and areas around equipment producing radiation. The listed starting wage is $21.05 plus a $1.25 shift differential.

Able to troubleshoot problems as they arise and resolve them efficiently and safely.
Basic mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

Safely operate assigned equipment.
Supply equipment with pallets of packaging efficiently, safely, and at the required speed.
Verify paperwork and packaging specifications to ensure the correct packaging is used for each run, and maintain inventory paperwork.
Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding inventory.
Observe and report potential equipment maintenance needs to a supervisor.
Follow Century Foods International policies, safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and ISO9001 procedures.
Comply with Century Foods and customer operating procedures.
Log downtime and assist with line changeovers.
Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with the supervisor and co-workers.
Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
