About The Position

The RTD Depalletizer Operator performs bulk depalletizing and case palletizing duties and operates assigned equipment safely, sanitarily, and productively to produce a quality product. The role involves loading packaging pallets into equipment, checking run paperwork and packaging specifications, maintaining inventory paperwork, communicating with warehouse personnel, reporting equipment maintenance needs, documenting downtime, and assisting with line changeovers and other assigned duties.

The position works Sunday through Thursday from 9:25 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., with overtime as needed. Working conditions may include warm-temperature areas and areas around equipment producing radiation. The stated starting wage is $21.05 plus a $1.25 shift differential.

Requirements

• Able to troubleshoot problems and fix them efficiently and safely.
• Basic mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned equipment.
• Fill equipment with pallets of packaging efficiently and safely at the necessary speed.
• Verify paperwork and packaging specifications to ensure the correct packaging is used for each run, and maintain proper inventory paperwork.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding inventory.
• Observe and report possible equipment maintenance needs to a supervisor.
• Follow Century Foods International policies, safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and ISO9001 procedures, and comply with company and customer operating procedures.
• Log downtime and assist with line changeovers.
• Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with the supervisor and co-workers.
• Assist with other duties assigned by a supervisor or management.
