About The Position

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a RSOI&R Work Group Leader. The position involves operating tactical and other vehicles to transport personnel, cargo, fuel, and ammunition; overseeing cargo loading and securing; inspecting and maintaining vehicles and equipment; and performing ammunition warehousing and aerial resupply duties. The role also assists shift and division leadership with employee supervision and task assignments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Other duties may be assigned based on mission support requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class A CDL license.
• Ability to travel unaccompanied throughout the continental United States and foreign countries.
• Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening and be subject to random drug screening.
• Ability to work shift work, holidays, and weekends.
• Must obtain a HAZMAT CDL and Tanker endorsement within 60 days of hire, as required by duties.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, maintain good physical condition, and work outside.

Responsibilities

• Operate large tactical vehicles, buses, forklifts, dually trucks, gooseneck trailers, refrigerated trucks, and UTVs to transport personnel, cargo, fuel, and ammunition over specified routes.
• Supervise loading and securing cargo in compliance with regulatory requirements and vehicle capacity.
• Supervise or perform operator-level inspections and maintenance on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Supervise or perform ammunition warehousing duties, including accountability, storage, delivery, and distribution.
• Perform aerial resupply tasks, including pallet building, loading, delivery, and recovery from designated airfields or drop zones, as well as parachute recovery.
• Assist the Shift Leader and Division Lead with direct employee supervision, task assignments, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, Fort Polk, and Valiant regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties as directed in accordance with mission support requirements.
