About The Position

The RPP Associate performs receiving, putaway, picking, and assigned inventory-control work to move products accurately through the warehouse. The role works under the direction of the Supervisor and Lead, supporting earlier picking workload and later emphasis on receiving and putaway. Packaging, labeling, and carrier loading are Shipping responsibilities. The associate checks incoming products and quantities against receiving information, places inventory in assigned locations, picks products for customer orders, and delivers them to the designated shipping stage. The role also performs cycle counts and location checks, researches discrepancies, and supports product transfers and photography routing. Work shifts among receiving, picking, putaway, and other assigned RPPC duties as priorities change. The position is based in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures, dust, noise, and exposure to powered industrial equipment and moving mechanical parts. The essential functions include standing and walking throughout the shift, frequent bending, stooping, and overhead reaching, and frequent lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, with occasional team lifting of heavier items. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
