About The Position

OCT Consulting is seeking an RPA Engineer to work with their federal client. This position is contingent upon contract award. The role involves leading the analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities, designing and documenting RPA solutions, ensuring best practices in development and deployment, providing technical guidance, and supporting business transition services by improving operational efficiency through automation.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience or Master’s degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • 4 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of relevant experience with Master’s Degree or 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree.
  • Relevant experience includes business process automation, requirements analysis, and RPA solution design.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in support of federal government agencies.
  • Must be able to undergo and successfully complete a Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD)-12 qualifying Tier 2 background investigation for Common Access Card (CAC) issuance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the USCG or DHS is a plus.
  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or Legacy UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiADP certification?

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design and document Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in RPA development and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance on the implementation of RPA solutions.
