About The Position

Nation Security is hiring professional Roving Patrol Officers to join our team. We are looking for reliable, responsible, and customer-service-focused individuals who can help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, residents, employees, and visitors.

Requirements

Valid Florida Class D Security License
Class G License required for armed positions
Must be reliable and punctual
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to follow instructions and post orders
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts if needed

Nice To Haves

Previous security experience preferred but not required
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats.
Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, providing assistance and support to clients, residents, and visitors.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective security strategies, enhancing overall safety protocols.
Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Engage with the community, building positive relationships and fostering a sense of trust and security.
Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and ensuring only authorized individuals enter secured areas.
Assist in the training and development of new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
