About The Position

Nolan Living is seeking a Roving Leasing Agent to travel throughout their portfolio to assist communities with coverage for open positions. This role involves supporting various office positions across properties with varying unit counts. The agent will be responsible for collecting rent, data entry, scheduling make-ready needs, coordinating vendors, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, addressing resident concerns, and preparing units for move-ins to ensure they meet Nolan standards.

Requirements

Must be willing to travel on a rotation schedule, with little notice – MUST BE FLEXIBLE
2+ years of experience in leasing/multi-family as a leasing manager, assistant manager, or property manager.
Be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and work without direction.
Yardi Voyager experience required, CRM IQ experience preferred.
Ability to develop proficiency in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc.
Valid U.S. Driver's License required
Background check, credit check and E-Verify required

Responsibilities

Travel throughout the portfolio to assist communities with coverage for open positions.
Collect rent and provide data entry for pending items.
Schedule make ready needs and coordinate vendor needs.
Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in.
Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins.
