About The Position
The Route Sales Representative places orders and merchandises products to ensure they are available on grocery store shelves. The role involves promoting products and gaining display space to drive additional sales, maintaining displays and rotating products, and completing daily work using handheld technology and sales software. Representatives build relationships in stores, work with co-workers in a fast-paced environment, and use a personal vehicle for their daily assigned route.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using appropriate equipment.
- Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Grocery experience is preferred but not required.
