About The Position

The Route Sales Associate brings PepsiCo brands such as Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos to local communities by servicing stores and keeping shelves stocked. Based in Yakima, Washington, eligible hires will service Washington, Idaho, and Montana. The role includes driving a PepsiCo truck along a route, delivering and checking in orders, stocking and rotating products, ordering inventory, keeping records, and building relationships with store teams to support sales and store initiatives. The position includes hands-on and classroom training. It is a fast-paced, hands-on job spent on the move for most of the day, with lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the shift. The variable schedule provides two days off per week; work generally starts between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. and ends when the work is completed. The stated annual target pay is $64,000. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and be able to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route and serve local stores.
Deliver orders and check them in with store teams, including collecting proof of delivery when needed.
Unload products, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and quality.
Order products and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools.
Build relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
