About The Position

The Route Sales Associate brings PepsiCo brands such as Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos to local stores. The associate drives a PepsiCo truck on an assigned route, delivers and checks in orders, unloads product, stocks shelves and displays, rotates inventory, and supports sales and in-store initiatives. The position begins in the relief pool, covering vacations and leaves of absence, and requires availability any day Sunday through Saturday. Days off rotate and schedules may change based on business needs; set days off apply once a route is bid on. Start times are between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. and may change based on business needs. Work ends when the assigned work is complete. The job includes hands-on and classroom training. It is an active, fast-paced role spent on the go for most of the day, involving lifting, bending, and moving product. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licenses required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work any day of the week, Sunday through Saturday, while initially assigned to the relief pool.

Responsibilities

Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route and serve local stores.
Deliver orders and check them in with store teams, collecting proof of delivery when needed.
Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and quality.
Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools; training is provided.
Build relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
