About The Position

The Route Sales Associate brings PepsiCo products, including Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, to local stores and keeps shelves stocked. The role drives a PepsiCo truck along an assigned route, delivers and checks in orders, unloads and stocks products, rotates inventory, and supports sales and merchandising initiatives. Associates use provided tools to order products and maintain records, with training provided. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role spent on the go for most of the day, involving lifting, bending, and moving products. On-the-job training includes hands-on and classroom instruction. The listed annual target pay is $55,747.12. The schedule is five days per week with rotating days off, starting at 5:00 AM; the end time varies based on route completion and business needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licenses as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores.
• Deliver orders and check them in with store teams, including collecting proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload products, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness and quality.
• Order products and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools.
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
