About The Position

The Route Sales Associate brings PepsiCo brands such as Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos to local communities by delivering products and keeping store shelves stocked. The role is based in Brunswick, Georgia, with start times between 3 AM and 5 AM. The end time depends on when the route is completed, and workdays are based on having two days off. The associate drives a PepsiCo truck, delivers and checks in orders with store teams, unloads product, stocks shelves and displays, rotates inventory, and orders product. The role also involves maintaining records using provided tools and building relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute merchandising initiatives. Hands-on and classroom training are provided. The work is fast-paced and active for most of the day, involving lifting, bending, and moving product. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licenses required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Drive a PepsiCo truck on an assigned route and serve local stores.
Deliver and check in orders with store teams, including collecting proof of delivery when needed.
Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to support freshness and quality.
Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools.
Build relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
