About The Position

Imperial, a growing company in vending, micro markets, catering, corporate dining, and coffee services, is seeking a Vending Route Operations Manager for its Oklahoma City location. This role will focus on managing and guiding the Route Department.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily schedules, customers, and Route Associates.
Coach, train, and team build.
Access and identify business needs and conduct customer analysis to determine customer requirements.
Determine the impact of products/services on customers.
Identify which products, services, and features to promote to current customers.
Work to understand the customers’ business and align account strategies to customer goals.
Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are being met.
Respond to customer complaints and comments.
Create and implement merchandise, display plans, and promotions.
Manage time and deadlines.
Maintain constant contact with the customers.
