About The Position

Imperial, a nationally recognized leader of convenience services: coffee to vending to micro markets and beyond, is looking for a career-minded, insightful, solutions-oriented Account Manager to cultivate relationships with current customers in Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. This role involves working outside of the office, meeting new people, and taking care of customer needs, offering variety on a day-to-day basis, team support, and growth opportunities. Imperial serves Oklahoma, Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Texas with sales exceeding $150M annually.

Requirements

Excellent listening, time management, and communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Excel
Minimum of 2 years of B2B experience

Nice To Haves

Vending or similar industry knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

Understand the customer’s business and align strategies to customer goals
Innate ability to seek out new ideas, exhibit initiative, and operate in a manner that is both creative and proactive
Build business partnerships and develop customer relationships to maximize account profitability
Conduct analysis of competitor’s offerings and strategies, and maintains awareness of competitive environment
Accountability for individual success within a team environment
Travel every day to and from customer site, driving a company vehicle in all-weather elements.
Must work well with others, constant contact with the customers
