About The Position

We are seeking Account Development Executives to spearhead a new partnership program with local businesses in rural communities. This role is vital for expanding small businesses and helping them increase their income through strategic partnerships.

Requirements

2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
Experience in outside/field sales.
CRM experience is required, with Salesforce being preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation is a plus.
Professionalism and enthusiasm in working with others.
High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills for field applicants.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with ACT!, Salesforce.com, or other SFA tools.
Experience in online research.
Ability to be in the market for up to 8 hours daily.
Reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

Travel within an assigned territory 4 days a week, working remotely when not traveling.
Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within a 2-hour driving distance.
Present and pitch the new program to generate interest and guide businesses through the application and vetting process.
Track lead activity and manage pipeline using Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events like lunch and learns, townhall meetings, and coffee chats.
Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly.
Maintain and assign leads to the sales team and prospect for new leads.
Manage the flow of incoming leads and create sales reports.
Analyze lead data, including conversion rates and cost of leads.
Liaise with other groups in the company to improve sales processes.
