About The Position

A busy dry-cleaning business is seeking a dependable, organized, hands-on Route Manager to oversee daily delivery operations. The role coordinates a fleet of seven vans, plans efficient routes, inspects vehicles and deliveries, and prepares orders for drivers. The position requires physical work and effective communication with Spanish-speaking drivers.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate daily routes for a fleet of seven vans to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers throughout the day, provide directions and support, and resolve route-related issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of vans to ensure they are ready for daily operations.
• Prepare, organize, sort, and load orders for delivery.
• Monitor routes and deliveries to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Verify orders and ensure the correct items are prepared for delivery.
• Address scheduling delays, delivery issues, and other operational challenges as they arise.
