Route Driver - Full Time Weekdays
About The Position
Waypoint Detailed Delivery is seeking reliable, safety-conscious drivers, also called Field Representatives, to transport food and beverage samples from client locations to laboratories for testing. Drivers use company-provided vehicles and mobile technology, follow established routes, communicate with dispatch, and help ensure samples are delivered accurately and on time while meeting company standards for safety, reliability, and precision. The company provides the vehicle, tools, technology, and training needed for the role. This is stable, year-round employment in a growing industry. The position offers full-time weekday schedules: Monday through Friday, either 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m. Starting pay is $18 per hour.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must meet insurance requirements.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; samples are transported in coolers.
Responsibilities
- Operate a company-provided vehicle to complete scheduled routes.
- Pick up and transport food and beverage samples from client locations to laboratory destinations.
- Communicate with dispatch.
- Accurately enter and track sample data using provided mobile tools.
- Follow company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
