About The Position

Clover Sonoma is hiring a Route Driver to deliver dairy products to locations throughout Northern California. Drivers operate commercial delivery vehicles, follow assigned routes and schedules, and provide customer service while safely loading and unloading cold products. The role follows DOT requirements and Clover’s food safety and quality programs. Drivers have no overnight stays. Schedules vary; shifts are typically four 10-hour days, and flexibility is critical. Applicants must pass a drug test after a conditional offer and before starting work.

Requirements

Current Commercial Class A driver’s license.
Experience as a delivery driver.
Solid driving record with no traffic violations.
Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift and/or carry at least 50 pounds and bend and twist.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Ability to work a schedule requiring flexibility; shifts are typically four 10-hour days.
Must pass a drug test with results satisfactory to the company following a conditional offer and before commencing work.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in cold refrigerated vehicles and grocery coolers.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide variety of dairy products to locations in Northern California on assigned routes and schedules.

Use a handheld computer device.
