Class A Route Driver
About The Position
Safety-Kleen in Rohnert Park, California is seeking a Local Class A Route Driver to join its safety-conscious team. The driver picks up waste oil and antifreeze from customer locations, including garages, automotive dealerships, quick-change oil companies, fleet maintenance facilities, bus companies, airports, and rental car companies. The role involves operating a Class A tanker on a local route, typically making 10–15 stops per day, pumping out tanks and drums using hoses, collecting samples, and generating new leads at customer locations. The schedule is local Monday through Friday, with an occasional overnight.
Requirements
- Minimum Class A CDL.
- Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
- Ability to use a handheld device (ELD).
- Strong customer service skills.
