Clover’s Route Drivers deliver a variety of dairy products to locations throughout Northern California. Drivers follow assigned routes and schedules, inspect and operate commercial delivery vehicles, and load and unload refrigerated products for customers. They complete logs and reports, use a handheld computer device, and comply with Department of Transportation regulations and safety standards. Drivers also carry out their duties in accordance with Clover’s food safety and quality programs and are responsible for understanding their role in maintaining food safety and quality. The position has no overnight stays. Clover Sonoma operates a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week processing and distribution plant, so schedules vary and flexibility is critical. Shifts are typically four 10-hour days. Applicants must pass a drug test following a conditional offer and before starting work.
