About The Position

Bassham Foods is hiring a Class A CDL delivery driver in Memphis, Tennessee, to deliver products to restaurant customers on consistent regional routes. This active, hands-on role involves unloading deliveries using the method suited to the equipment and customer location, including a ramp and dolly or a liftgate and pallet jack. Regional routes may operate overnight, with dispatch times typically between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. The position offers hourly pay, overtime for hours worked over 40 per week, weekends off, and home time. Drivers do not use sleeper berths; company-paid hotel stays and an extra $20 per day meal allowance are provided for overnight routes.

Requirements

• Class A CDL; newly graduated drivers will be considered.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Clean motor vehicle record, with no more than one ticket within the last five years; no at-fault accidents are preferred.
• Ability and willingness to complete regional runs.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the position.
