Route Driver | Part-Time Available
About The Position
Waypoint Detailed Delivery is hiring reliable, safety-conscious drivers, also referred to as Field Representatives, to transport food and beverage samples from client sites to laboratory destinations for testing. Drivers use company-provided vehicles and mobile technology, follow established routes, communicate with dispatch, and ensure sample data is accurately entered and tracked. The role supports public health and requires safe, reliable, and precise deliveries. The listed schedule includes Tuesdays from 7:45 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Wednesday through Friday, with start times varying according to demand between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. and an end time of 12:30 p.m.; and every other Saturday from 7:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Starting pay is $18 per hour. The company provides a maintained fleet, required tools, technology, and training, along with dispatch and operations support. Stable, year-round employment is available. Benefits are available to eligible employees.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must meet insurance requirements.
- Successfully complete a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; samples are transported in coolers.
Responsibilities
