About The Position

The Roustabout supports oilfield operations through a varied range of daily tasks, working with equipment they are qualified to operate, including hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment. The role requires working in inclement and extreme weather, in field and noisy environments, and traveling to field locations daily. The Roustabout is expected to follow safety rules and applicable federal and state laws and regulations, uphold Jennmar’s Core Values, contribute to a company-wide culture in which safety is everyone’s responsibility, and represent the company professionally and courteously.

Requirements

• Prior roustabout experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Successfully complete and pass the company drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Willingness and ability to work in a field environment in all weather conditions and noisy environments.
• Ability to use hands and arms to handle, install, position, and move materials and manipulate objects.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift heavy materials, carry, push, pull, climb stairs and ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, bend repeatedly, crawl, and reach high and low.
• Willingness and ability to work as needed on a 24/7 basis.
• Ability to travel to the field daily.

Responsibilities

• Fuel equipment at well locations and fill it with DEF where necessary.
• Secure and safely transport equipment in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Repair containment.
• Perform general cleanup at well sites and/or company facilities.
• Operate high-pressure power-washing equipment.
• Set well equipment at well locations.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Ground equipment at well locations.
• Maintain grounds and buildings at site locations.
• Assemble or repair equipment using hand and power tools.
• Operate telehandlers, skid steers, or other moving or lifting equipment.
• Contribute to a company-wide culture that treats safety as everyone’s responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
