About The Position

The two-year (24 month) ASSA ABLOY Rotational Development Program (RDP) places participants at the center of the Accounting and Finance organizations. It offers a broad view of the business through multiple assignments at various facilities within the Commercial Segment of the Americas Division. Participants will gain first-hand knowledge from experienced professionals and accelerate their careers. The program is designed to expose participants to the breadth of ASSA ABLOY processes and team members that contribute to the company's success. The RDP is built around two core areas: Operational Accounting, where participants learn about the financial aspects of the business and their impact on operations, including preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, and gaining exposure to internal controls, audit processes, tax compliance, and cost accounting. Financial Planning and Analysis, where participants learn about the strategic aspects of the business and their influence on financial performance, including developing and evaluating business plans, investment proposals, and profitability analysis, with insights into market dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Additionally, there are opportunities to rotate in other areas such as ERP systems, Production, Operational Excellence (LEAN tools, Six Sigma projects), and Supply Chain (logistics, planning, purchasing).
